Tell me...
What are we now?
I'm a cigarette bud burring out at midnight,
And you're the concrete that suffocates me.
I was the oxygen filling your lungs,
But you were the flame that engulfed me.

Tell me...
What do I do?
All I have is a glass image of us in my hands,
Knowing when you throw words,
When you do...
You'll shatter my heart.
You were the light to lead me to shore once,
But you turned on me,
Leading to my decent into the abyss of your eyes.

Show me...
That we are more than this.
More than a star never to found in the night sky,
Or the blanket of darkness that hides all flaws.
Can I be the star you look for every night?
Or shall I just be a cigarette bud left to suffocate?

Show me...
That we can do this.
Let us paint a masterpiece with beautiful words.
Words only we can understand...
Or just simply paint the color of all this emotion.
Can you be the light that saves me again?
Or will I be left alone in this abyss?
Only shattered glass in my hands...
if you show me the way I'll follow you...but I don't think either of us knows what to do anymore </3 just know I love you. I always have and I always will. whether you want to believe me or not...
anyways, enjoy
